"I just bought Nanosat - Nano Premium SE two days ago. In the last two days it worked 4 hrs and I spent 8 hrs to fix it but on luck. The error messate I got: Software STB is not match (0 0)Please upgrade other software
I checked all connections, changed cable, re-loaded all the files again and again and again but no luck. If I cannot fix the problem this product was a waste - nobody should buy it

"I just got this receiver today. Very easy set up and picture quality is excellent. Changes channels very fast and the onscreen guide layout is pretty good. The only drawback is the advertised internet radio doesn't function, from some google searches apparently there is no current fix unless the manufacturer brings out an update. If the internet radio functioned correctly I would have given it 5 stars. Overall way better than my old Captive Works this receiver replaced."

"Don't buy this receiver if you're looking for PVR functionality. It sucks. You can not do anything while it's recording, not even access any of the menu functions. Everything else on it works pretty good.
Guide is a okay.
Remote is excellent."

"This is the biggest headache. We ordered the set and the order was cancelled and we were not informed. It ended up taking nearly a month. Then part of it was on backorder and took an extra 2 weeks (or i could have paid $70 for a different part).
We finally got it and it will not work. We have wifi and it will not work with that (landline or cable only). Also we have WINDOWS 7 HOME EDITION, and it will not work with that. I spent 3 hours on the phone today talking to several different people trying to get this fixed. We would have to pay $100 to upgrade windows and an additional $38 a month for internet on top of our internet to get it to work.
It would have been GREAT to know that we would have all this crap to deal with and STILL not be able to use it. We might as well have gotten netflix and a roku box."
