Shipping Locations
Our main shipping location is Mississauga, Canada However we do ship some products from California, USA (All
Canadian Orders are shipped within Canada).
We ship using UPS, Canada post, FedEx and USPS. All packages comes with Insurance, Signature Required
and Tracking Number/Confirmation Number.
ETA (Estimated time arrival)
Processing orders takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping Service is Ground which takes 2 to 10 business
days depending where you live. Air shipping service is available please contact us for a quote.

* Puerto Rico takes up to 21 business days via standard service.
* Rural area's in Canada or USA can take longer than 10 days via Ground Service.
* Holiday's can result in shipping delays.
* International Sales (Outside North America) require price quote's. please contact us
Any damages caused by the courier must be reported to the courier within 48 hours. After contacting the
courier please contact our shipper
Once your order is processed, automatically the site will notify you by email. When a tracking number is
available the site & courier automatically emal you. If you do not receive any tracking numbers after 3
business days you can contact our shipper. please note if you don't receive emails check your spam or junk
folder. After receiving your tracking number allow up to 24 hours for the courier to scan into their system.
Free Shipping
Orders over $99 get Free Shipping in North America. Big/Heavy Items such as satellite dishes may have
additional charges and not 100% Free Shipping. Our Shipper will notify you if the order doesn't qualify for
100% Free Shipping. Contact our RMA department for more details.
No Refunds on shipping costs. No Exceptions! if the carrier does not deliver the product to you within the
specified time span, it's out of our control. Please don't ask us for shipping refunds.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning a product. RMA# is required for all returns or
else the package will be refused.
